Overview

The 2021 AGENT–Forum (short for: Analyysin ja Geometrian Nuorten Tutkijoiden Foorumi) will be held on Wednesday October 27th – Friday October 29th 2021. It will give young researches in Analysis and Geometry in Finland a long awaited opportunity to connect through networking, discussion and a bit of fun. The event is primarily intended to build a community for researchers who are or will be in Finland by the start of the event.

The event will be delivered in person, with live talks. We are truly excited of this possibility. The event will give a spot-light for young researchers, while we invite anyone interested to join. The topic is Analysis and Geometry, but we construe these broadly and invite anyone who feels their work might be related to join or contribute.

We will also aim to provide an opportunity to audit talks remotely. The link for such attendees will be provided closer to the event on this website. All the speakers are expected to give their talks in person, since the aim is for the workshop to be interactive and to form new connections.

This is a free event for all junior participants and speakers, and we intend to have financial support to help defray travel expences.

Below you will find the list of confirmed speakers. Participation will be open to anyone interested, and instructions for registration will appear later on this website. We especially invite doctoral students and undergraduate students interested in research to attend.

If you have any questions, feel free to contact any of the organizers for example at agentf2021 'at' list.aalto.fi.
